The Global Child Aid Fundraising Program has been established by Llyons Court Charities in order to alleviate the suffering of disadvantaged children around the world. The Fundraising Program seeks to assist regions of the world where children have little or no hope for a better tomorrow. This Program is an intricate part of Llyons Court Charities continuing fight against childhood poverty, disease, abuse, and homelessness.

Llyons Court Charities is a US based non profit 501(c)(3) organization governed by a board of directors. We receive funding from government grants charitable foundations and tax-deductible donations from both companies and individuals. Through the domain For Child Sake (and other linking Domains), we work to spread our message and touch the lives of thousands of children around the world annually. We also seek to heighten public awareness of children's issues and the solutions to their problems.

Concentrating our efforts in Asia, Latin America and Africa we help children in ensuring that they are fed and educated and given the professional help to ensure that they maximise their chances in life.

Right now in many 3rd world countries, children as young as 8 years old are having to work over 60 hours a week simply to bring money home to feed their brothers and sisters. Many families are living on such low incomes that simply cannot be comprehended by people (like us) in the developed world.

Many children whose parents have died, live in fear on the streets of capital cities and daily risk their lives simply to exist and carve out a meagre existance. Everyday these children try to avoid exploitation and danger.

Across the World, at least 70 million people, including an estimated 27 to 35 million children, are facing serious food shortages. Approximately 18 million of these are in need of immediate emergency assistance.

These crises are not short-term or one-off emergencies. They recur year after year and will continue to do so until the one common factor in every instance is addressed - chronic poverty.
